We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase but if not, you’re welcome to return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms:
Refunds
Returns can be initiated within 14 days of purchase. If you are posting the item(s) back to us, the postage date must be within the 14 day window (proof of posting necessary). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. Footwear must be unworn and returned alongside the box and any relevant accessories. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.
Returns are shipped at the cost of the purchaser and must be returned to:

International customers are advised to use a tracked shipping service since we cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. Your parcel will be processed within 10 days of arrival at our premises.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or a voucher issued for use on our website, or in store. Vouchers can be used towards any purchase from our website or store, and do not expire.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@exclusivepawnbrokers.co.uk
Exchanges
It is possible to exchange for an item of the same value, as long as the new item is available, either on our website or in our store. We cannot reserve exchange items before your parcel reaches our premises, so if you are concerned about stock levels, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original purchase for a refund.
