To start the process, you need to arrange a free consultation or appraisal. Our team is fully trained and is well-placed to assess your items in confidence. You can either send the assets to us, come into our premises in Newquay or arrange an appointment at your home. Once our experts have appraised your assets, we will make you a provisional loan offer.
The loan term is fixed for seven months, with a single repayment. There are no monthly payments however, you can pay back the loan from Exclusive Pawnbrokers at any time by paying off the loan amount and the outstanding interest that is due. You may also make part payments during the period of the loan.
Should you redeem the loan before the end of the agreed term, we only charge interest for the period on which the loan is outstanding. Borrow the money for only one month – pay only one month’s interest; borrow the money for two months, pay two month’s interest…
Once you have accepted your provisional loan offer, your assets will need to be stored in our secure facility. As soon as we have safe possession of your item and the paperwork is completed, the funds are transferred into your account and are usually cleared within 48 hours.
Once the loan is paid back in full, you can arrange to collect your goods either in store, or have your assets sent via our secure couriers. If you do not redeem your loan, your goods will be sold and the money raised will be used to settle the outstanding loan amount. Any surplus money will be returned to you. You will not be chased for any debt.
